Ready to Quote uses techniques for search engine optimization when you add a new page.
This includes techniques to optimize:

Your website title
Go to Pages – Select Add New or Edit and at the bottom of the page editor screen you will see a choice for wpSEO. Click Add Title to enter it manually.

Relevant keywords in your page title helps your search engine optimization. Make sure your keywords are near the start of the title as it will help you rank better on search engines and getting click-throughs. Keep titles no longer than 60 to 70 characters, otherwise search engines like Google can cut it off.

Your descriptions
Go to Pages – Select Add New or Edit and at the bottom of the page editor screen you will see a choice for wpSEO. Click Add Description to enter it manually.

Write a description for each post or page that relates to the practice area/topic you want to
focus on. (Remember this comes right underneath the page title.) These descriptions entice people to click on your page, so make it something attention-worthy. You do not want to
describe your whole insurance agency or company here. You want to highlight what is on this page that a reader needs your authority on. Keep descriptions no longer than 150 words.

Meta descriptions
Homepage: Add a meta description on your homepage that summarizes the key points of your site.
Categories: Add a category description to your category archives.
Posts: You have various options to optimize your posts. For example, excerpts in your post can have meta descriptions.

Your keywords
Keywords can be used in titles and posts.
From the edit page function, click on HTML editor, and format your keywords by marking it withinsertkeyword
